• Metadata: Site structure data for AI indexing.

1.2 Chat Interaction & Analytics

When visitors interact with the AI assistant, the Plugin collects:

• Conversation Logs: Full chat text for summarization and export.
• User Intent Data: Anonymous analytics to improve AI performance.
• Feedback: User-submitted feedback signals.

1.3 Administrator Credentials

The Plugin stores encrypted API keys for third-party LLMs (OpenAI, Google Gemini, xAI) locally on your server. These keys are never transmitted to ShahiSoft servers.

• Synchronize your website’s knowledge base.
• Provide summarization and CSV export features.
• Enable optional lead notifications for administrators.

3. Third-Party AI & Payments

3.1 AI Processing: Chat data is sent only as needed to AI providers to generate responses. No payment information is shared with AI providers.

3.2 Payments: All purchases are securely processed by a trusted payment provider. We do not store or access your payment information.

4. Data Portability & Retention

• Local Storage: All chat logs and indexed data remain in your WordPress database.
• Data Portability: Administrators can export data in CSV format.
• Control: Chat logs or indexed content can be deleted at any time via the Plugin dashboard.
