These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase, use, and access of products and services provided by the IntelliAgent AI WordPress plugin (“Plugin”), a product of ShahiSoft. By purchasing, downloading, or using the Plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License & Usage
The Plugin is released under the GNU General Public License v2.0. You may use, modify, and distribute the software in accordance with that license.
- Usage: You may install the Plugin on as many websites as you personally own.
- Purchase: Your one-time purchase grants access to the Plugin, support, and updates for the period specified at the time of purchase.
2. Payments & Refunds
- Merchant of Record: All purchases are securely processed by a trusted payment provider. All billing, tax collection, and refunds are handled by the payment provider. ShahiSoft does not store or access your payment information.
- Refund Policy: All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
- Technical Support: For issues including installation or plugin functionality, contact support@aica-intelliagent.com.
3. AI Functionality & Third-Party APIs
The Plugin connects to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, xAI). You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own API keys.
- Costs: You are responsible for all third-party API usage fees.
- Accuracy: AI-generated responses are provided “as-is.” ShahiSoft does not guarantee accuracy or reliability.
- Privacy: No payment information is shared with AI providers.
4. Content & Data Use
By using features like Smart Scraper or Multimodal Ingestion, you acknowledge that:
- The Plugin may crawl and index website content to create a knowledge base.
- The Plugin may parse uploaded PDFs, TXT files, and images for AI responses.
- You have the legal right to process all content indexed by the Plugin.
5. Data Responsibility & Privacy
All chat logs, lead data, and synchronized content are stored locally in your WordPress database. ShahiSoft does not host or share your data. You are responsible for compliance with data protection laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShahiSoft is not liable for:
- Inaccurate AI responses or “hallucinations.”
- Data loss, database corruption, or site downtime.
- Third-party API service interruptions or account bans.
- Use of AI-generated content as professional, legal, or medical advice.
